With this bottling, we proudly celebrate our 15th birthday in 2019!
We selected a freshly filled former Sherry Butt together with Signatory - distilled on October 17, 2006, matured the Single Malt Whisky over 12 years (only about three weeks until the 13th birthday of the Butt) in the Butt #901002, then on September 23, the time had come and Signatory filled 390 bottles from the Butt for us with an alcohol content of 46.3%vol. from.

Ich bin kein Profi, um die Geschmäcker einzeln herauszuschmecken und zu beschreiben aber sowohl die Nase, als auch der Gaumen, wie auch im Abgang eine fruchtig süße Note, die mich begeistert hat. Sehr empfehlenswert.
