The first peated bottling of the young distillery - the 2019 bottling first matured in first-filled exSherry Butts, then ripened in Virgin Oak barrels.
Nose: peat smoke and vanilla Toffee apples and light aromas of clementines
Taste: again the clementines, dried apricots and some cocoa - in the background lightly nutty notes of macadamia nuts
Finish: medium-long finish - peppery with tones of dried fruit
