Distilled in February 2009, this medium-peated single malt whisky matured for over ten years in a first-fill exBourbon barrel, then the cask was bottled in October 2019 in the Singel Cask Selection Autumn 2019 to only 202 bottles.
Nose: a Glen Scotia like in the old days! sweet peat smoke and freshly cut hay - light fruity aromas in the background
Taste: again the peat, then clearly tropical fruits and oily-waxy salt - in the background again the hay
Finish: long on the finish with slightly fruity tones - over all light peat smoke and a light salty note
