A medium-peated, 12-year-old single malt whisky, first aged in a first-fill exBourbon hogshead, then in an exBordeaux red wine hogshead.
Distilled in April 2007, bottled in August 2019 at only 311 bottles in the single Cask Selection Autumn 2019.
Nose: intense fruity with light peat flavors, followed by fresh orange peel and vanilla
Taste: at the beginning again the orange peel, then blossom honey and light notes of vanilla pudding and golden syrup
Finish: medium-length finish with hints of vanilla and syrup
