From the in-house distillery Edradour comes this single barrel bottling of a fruity single malt whiskey from the independent bottler Signatory.
Distilled on 16th January, 2009, the single malt whisky matured for over ten years in Cask # 6, bottled on 26th September 2019.
Nose: spicy oak and aromas of pastries, with sherry aromas with licorice and some fennel seed
Taste: pastries again, with caramel and floral notes - then again clearly sherry and dark chocolate
Finish: short, warm finish with light sherry tones
