Nose: complex and noble with a range of dried fruits - raisins, sultanas, figs and dates - in addition delicate aromas of exotic spices

Taste: heavy and full in the mouth - intense sherry notes, but not overcrowded - clearly the sweetness of the sherry, with notes of nougat, dark fruit cake, cloves, ginger and allspice
Finish: long, intense finish with lots of sherry and a fruity sweetness - again the spices
