Nose: bright syrup, roasted almonds, then cherry sorbet paired with dried fruit, fresh biscuit dough and warm sticky toffee pudding

Taste: elegant and balanced, not only sweet, but also spicy and oily - dried oranges, candied ginger, waffles and crème brulée - behind it a subtle hint of smoke and sweet maltiness
Finish: long and pleasantly spicy - again the ginger and the malty notes
