The single malt whiskey has an easily accessible taste with the well-known characteristics of the distillery of the Scottish Hebrides - smoky and sweet with a spicy note.
Nose: fresh oranges and mango, lightly peppery and earthy - traces of sea salt and smoke
Taste: soft and sweet at the beginning, with very light smoke, then salted caramel and honey-coated BBQ ribs, followed by a sharp spiciness - now more smoke
Finish: long and warm, with the distillery-typical pepper note and traces of sweet smoke

eher sehr rauchig, aromatisch, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, kannm anaber mehr als eine von trinken. Besuch der Destillerie in der Inselhauptstadt lohnenswert .

Orangen Aroma und leicht pfeffrig mit Spuren von Meersalz und Rauch, dann geschmacklich typisch Talisker Skye zu Beginn weich und süß, dann gesalzenes Karamell und etwas Schärfe. Es folgt ein langer wärmender Abgang mit typischer Pfeffernote. Ein wirklich guter Whisky mit deutlichem Rauch.

Ein Talisker sollte in keiner Hausbar fehlen und nun auch mit sehr schönem Flachmann. So kann man seinen Talisker auch bei der nächsten Winterwanderung praktisch genießen ;-)
