This Single Malt Whisky matured at Glenfarclas in former Oloroso Sherry Butts for nine years - stored in the old Cask Cellar of the distillery in Speyside, Scotland.
Nose: fresh gingerbread and light aromas of dark chocolate at the beginning, then lush fruit cake with many raisins, ripe fruit, especially mango and dark plums - a soft spiciness above all
Taste: soft, almost creamy in the taste with soft spicy notes of cardamom, anise and cloves, then again the ripe fruits and raisins - above all lies a warm soft honey tone
