Matured in American oak Barrels and former Oloroso Sherry Casks, Batch no. TB /01-15.03.00/19.MH was bottled on 27th June 2019 to a limited edition.
Nose: soft, smoky aromas of grilled pineapple and roasted pine nuts - toffee and lime sorbet behind it
Taste: full flavor with sweet and sour notes of smoky chilli chocolate, with paprika and soft chocolate cream
Finish: Long finish with rich oak wood smoke
