This limited edition of the Enmore distillery in Guyana matured for ten years in former bourbon Casks then for another five years in former French Sauternes Bordeaux wine barrels.
Nose: fruity aromas of ripe citrus fruits and mild honey
Taste: pleasantly soft with balanced sweetness - clearly the Sauternes barrel, with ripe tropical fruit and slightly spicy notes
Finish: on the finish long with notes of soft honey, ripe papayas and spicy oak
