This 12-year-old single malt whisky contains 35% ex-Sherry Cask matured Malts and 65% exBourbon Cask malt whiskies.
Nose: to start with oregano and lavender, then sweet flavors of marzipan, honeycomb and sweet candies - fresh donuts and orange marmalade behind it
Taste: warm, soft butterscotch and molasses, with orange peel and salted pretzels - the Springbank-typical salt note above
Finish: velvety-soft on the finish with notes of salted milk chocolate and mature maraschi nokirschen
