Nose: damp forest floor and damp moss - peat smoke and charred oak wood
Taste: oily and mouth-filling - charred oak and now clearly the peat smoke - then again the forest floor and increasingly spicy - in the background grilled meat
Finish: Again Peat and damp earth - with mull and iodine - spicy notes on everything
