For six years, this creamy-soft Craigellachie matured in a former Bourbon Hogshead #16, then for another three years in former Sherry Hogshead #333870 - then A.D. Rattray bottled the cask to only 339 bottles on June 24, 2019.
Nose: ripe blackberries, cherries and strawberry jam, some chilli and ginger behind it
Taste: Raspberries and orange marmalade, then spicy with Notes of cinnamon and pepper - in the background dark chocolate and ripe plums
Finish: like a basket full of ripe berries, with walnuts and spicy notes
