Since the 1920s, this Whiskey is made by the Dubliner trading house Mitchell & Son distributed.
The Whiskey comes from the distillery Midleton, which now also fill it himself.
For more than 15 years, this Single Pot Still Whiskey matured in three different barrel types - exBourbon, exSherry and exMarsala Casks.
Nose: spicy aromas, plus the scent of baked fruit, baked apples, mango and black cherries - hazelnut and new leather behind it
Taste: sweet, ripe fruit, skins and black pepper - in the background the spicy notes of oak and barley
Finish: long finish with fruits and spices
