Nose: slightly fruity aromas of ripe apples and apple compote, with crème brûlée and distinct sherry
Taste: cooked red fruit with vanilla sauce, with chocolate, some smoke and more spicy.
Finish: long finish, again the spices and the chocolate - above all a slight smoky note
