Product information "Botucal Distillery Coll. No. 3 Pot Still 47%vol. 0,7l"
The Pot Still copper still was brought to Botuccal distillery in La Miel in 1959.
This discontinuous distillation process was originally used in Scotland for the production of whiskey.
From the best Sugar Cane Honeys a distillate is produced in small quantities It is the heart of Botucal's unique taste profile.

Distilling in the Pot Still creates a complex distillate During the ripening process, the rum develops more aromas and flavors.

Nose: red and tropical fruit combined with aromas of toffee and vanilla
Taste: Balanced taste with spicy oak notes, roasted coffee and dark chocolate
Finish: intense, long-lasting finish
