Unfortunately, the two distilleries cannot be named for legal reasons. Limited to 6,900 bottles. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
Tasting Notes: What Blooming Gorse Wemyss Family Collection Tastes Like
- Nose: Fresh aromas of vanilla and coconut, then nutty aromas of hazelnut and cashew, plus the eponymous gorse blossom
- Palate: Soft and creamy in flavour with notes of warm porridge, mildly spicy – the coconut again
