Aroma: warm, fruity aromas, spiced with black pepper and spicy smoke - mild honey in the background
Taste: initially sweet notes of honey and maple syrup, then again fruity notes of berries, especially blackcurrants and blackberries - now intense spicy notes, especially cinnamon and cardamom, again the pepper - over all smoke
Finish: Long, smoky finish with spicy notes of warm charcoal
