This elegant rum from Antigua first matured for five years in former bourbon barrels, then matured in exOloroso sherry casks for three to six months.

Aroma: spicy aromas in abundance - clearly Caneel and cloves, some cardamom and colorful pepper - over all spicy oak
Taste: again the spices, now caramel and sugar syrup - then fruity with notes of ripe oranges
Finish: the seasoning remains present for a long time, accompanied by notes of roasted nuts
