Kilchoman 2012/2019 STR Cask Matured 50% vol. 0,7l
For this limited bottling, 30 ex-red wine barrels (STR Casks) were selected, which have been stored in the distillery since 2012.
The barrels were re-sanded and refilled from the inside before filling.
The fresh distillate has a phenol content of 50ppm - a strong peaty malt whiskey.
Aroma: ripe summer fruits with a touch of cinnamon, with toffee and peat smoke
Taste: soft caramel at the beginning, then red berries, lemon tart and earthy peat smoke
Departure: long on the finish - spicy with soft honey tones and again caramel
Circulation: 14,500 bottles

Sehr schöne Konsistenz im Gaumen und auf der Zunge. Der Rauch und die Aromen vom Fass kommen sehr schön zur Geltung
