For the eighth bottling of the single Malts of Kilchoman stored exclusively in former Oloroso sherry casks, 20 Butts from the years 2006 to 2011 were selected and wedded together.
Aroma: dried figs and orange peel, with sea salt and light aromas of smoked ham - then spicy oak, cinnamon and sweet citrus flavors
Taste: preserved plums and cherries with dark chocolate and salted caramel - over all heather honey
Finish: cooked apples and pears paired with an elegant spiciness, again the dark chocolate, plus BBQ smoke
Edition: 15,000 bottles
