Highland Park's Ambassador's Choice was originally bottled for Sweden.
For 10 years, the selected malt whiskeys matured in former bourbon and sherry casks.
Aroma: at the beginning clearly fruity aromas, especially orange and papaya, then the typical spiciness of heather and malt, with fresh pastries, a little vanilla and a hint of smoke
Taste: now spicy, fresh wholemeal bread, mint and peat smoke, followed by notes of ripe fruit and toffee
Finish: pleasantly spicy finish with some peat smoke
