The name is based on the 21-round salute, which is fired in honor of high dignitaries in the UK.
Nose: very soft and fruity with very nice aromas of red fruits - then slightly spicy with a hidden hint of vanilla
Taste: the spices are a bit clearer, especially ginger - then again the ripe red fruits
Finish: long finish, the spices remain, very soft with a malty note
