For this elegant 12-year rum, former sherry barrels from the Arfe winery in Jerez, Spain are used for a multi-month finish.

Aroma: clearly ripe red fruits, the influence of sherry casks is unmistakable, juicy raisins and roasted nuts - above all spicy aromas
Taste: soft, almost creamy in the taste - again the fruits, in addition figs and dates - then becomes spicier, clearly oak wood
Departure: soft and round in the finish - the sherry is present
