Charles James was the son of Mary Stuart and her second husband Lord Darnley.
When his mother had to abdicate a year after giving birth, he was named Jakob VI. appointed Scottish king.
After Elisabeth I. died childless in 1603, he also received the crown of England and Ireland as James I.

Preis ist für einen so alten Whisky sehr gut, die Abfüllung schmeckt, die Vorgänger gefielen mir besser

Beurteilen kann ich diesen Whisky noch nicht, denn er wird wohl noch lange in meiner Vitrine stehen und ich freue mich einfach, einen so alten Glenfarclas für 159,00 Euro hier bekommen zu haben. Der Versand war fix und die Verpackung optimal, daher ... TOP und danke dafür!

Leider noch nicht probiert, hoffe aber auf eine tolle Qualität. Preislich für einen 30-jährigen sicherlich angemessen. Die Preistreiberei macht sich bemerkbar :-(.
