For the fourth time, Signatory completed a bunnahabhain in the Very Cloudy series.
Two five-year-old hogsheads were selected, cold filtering was omitted, alcohol content was 40% vol. intentionally set low - the result is 1,005 bottles of elegant, peaty and very cloudy single malt whisky from the Islay of Scotland.
The absence of cold filtration in combination with the low alcohol content makes the whiskey so cloudy and foggy in the bottle and in the glass.
For this, the flavor carriers contain oils and fats in the whisky and make the single malt a true taste experience.
