"The Beauty of the Seasons" (German for Ki No Bi), is a premium gin from the independent distillery in Kyoto, Japan.
It is based on a distilled alcohol from rice, as well as regional botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, bamboo leaves, ginger root and gyokuro tea
Nose: fresh, almost flowery in the aroma with definitive aromas of fresh citrus fruits - slightly tart herbs in the background
Taste: now much spicier, ginger and sansho pepper are present
Finish: medium, very harmonious finish with hints of citrus and fresh herbs
