Limited edition of a molasses rum from El Dorado, distilled in 2000 in a Continuous Blair-Still, the rum matured in tropical conditions on Guyana for 18 years in former bourbon barrels.
Bottled in 2018 without cold filtration in barrel strength with an alcohol content of 58.3% vol.

Aroma: fruity aromas of ripe peaches and apricots, plus vanilla, brown cane sugar and spicy oak
Taste: again the ripe fruits, then more clearly the spicy notes of cardamom, nutmeg, tobacco leaves and old leather - above all the spicy oak tones
Finish: on the finish long and surprisingly dry with intense, spicy notes
