An 11-year old single malt whiskey from the Scottish Speyside, matured in ex-Sherry casks.
Aroma: very fruity, especially orange and mandarin, with slightly spicy hints behind it
Taste: soft, almost creamy in the taste the oranges are present again, as well as dark fruits like plums and cherries - then followed by notes of soft caramel fudge and mild honey
Departure: long finish - now much spicier, the fruits are in the background
