Famed for their exSherry Casks matured single malt whiskys, this bottling is further proof of the distillery's exquisite single malts.
This bottling matured for 11 years in former Spanish Oloroso sherry casks before they were bottled in 2018.
Nose: clearly the sherry barrel influence with pronounced aromas of juicy raisins and dark prunes, as well as vanilla and mild honey, nuts and spicy notes
Taste: again the dark fruits, with cocoa and dark chocolate almonds, spicy notes of Canel, cardamom and cinnamon above all
Finish: a long finish - the fruits take a back seat - now more and more seasoning and chocolate

Ein wunderbar intensiver Whisky mit Sherry-Olorosso-Character. Er verdient die Bezeichnung "Premium", denn er ist wesentlich intensiver als die 10- und 12jährigen dieser Destillerie.
