Distilled three times, as usual in Ireland, in a copper pot still, first matured in American bourbon barrels, then for a second maturation for nine months in a Deau XO cognac barrel
Bottled with 46% vol. Alcohol content, without cold filtration and without dyes.
Aroma: very juicy aromas of poached pears, summer berries, freshly pressed grapes and citrus peel
Taste: creamy-soft in the taste with intense notes of dark chocolate, followed by floral notes, then again the fruits
Finish: long and strong on the finish, again the fruits and the chocolate

Sehr lecker. Kein Rauch rein Torf. Früchte und florale Noten. Auch etwas Schokolade.Anfangs etwas scharf aber klasse Abgang.
