For ten long years, this limited edition Single Malt Whiskey matured from Edradour's "Straight from the Cask" series in a # 350 Grand Amarone rum barrel.
Then Edradour filled the cask on January 10, 2018 to only 752 bottles.
Aroma: very distinct aromas of tropical fruits, plus brown cane sugar, paired with a light spiciness - some molasses and ripe cereals
Taste: creamy-soft in the taste with sweet notes of thick raisins, with creamy vanilla and sugarcane - over all the fruits again
Departure: soft and warm in the finish - fruits and sugar cane are preserved for a long time - a light spiciness is elegant about it
