Distilled in January 2008, this single malt whiskey from Scottish Speyside distillery Craigellachie matured for over eight years on a refill hogshead before independent bottler Douglas Laing bottled the barrel in March 2016 in the Provenance series.
Aroma: sweet with aromas of ripe fruit and an elegant malt character
Taste: warm and spicy with notes of soft caramel and cooked peaches
Finish: fresh on the finish with crisp citrus notes - especially orange
