Distilled on February 01, 2008, the single malt whiskey matured for over ten years in barrel # 20, bottled on October 16, 2018.
Aroma: spicy oak and aromas of pastries, with sherry aromas with licorice and some fennel seed
Taste: pastries again, with caramel and floral notes - then again clearly sherry and dark chocolate
Finish: short, warm finish with light sherry tones
