Aroma: first a light sweetness followed by peat - an open medicine cabinet with gauze bandages, then damp fireplace soot, extinguished logs and old jute sacks
Taste: initially burned wood and gauze bandages, then develop notes of damp forest soil - on all wet boat ropes, tar and ash
Finish: long, warm finish with a slight peat note and again the extinguished logs

Rauch und Torf sind eher dezent. Andererseits ist auch der Alkohol nicht zu betont. Insgesamt gut ausgewogen.
