The last bottling in the Limited Rare Bottling series in 2018 - for this bottling, Glenfarcla's exOloroso selected sherry casks from 1997.
At the age of 21, an elegant single malt whisky with a color of dark amber.
Nose: complex sherry and fruit flavors, with almonds and some dark chocolate
Taste: clearly the sherry barrel influence - notes of ripe, dark cherries and plums, in addition to the almonds, some cocoa and a light spice of heather
Finish: a very long, soft finish with an elegant, light sweetness with distinct sherry and dark chocolate
