This gives this Islay drop a very smoky-sweet note.
Aroma: fresh malt and aromas of soft honey, then suddenly moist sea air and peppermint
Taste: again the salty sea air, to peat smoke and syrup with notes of cinnamon and cardamom - behind it orange and green tea
Finish: smoky on the finish with noticeable brown cane sugar, juicy grapes and fresh pastries
