Matured exclusively in former bourbon casks.
Aroma: Lemon cake and fresh pear peels, then olive oil, almonds and pastries - above all the typical Campbeltown saltiness with some vinegar
Taste: juicy carrot cake with frosting, molasses and freshly squeezed lemons - followed by notes of dried bananas, grated coconut and Butterscotch
Departure: very delicate on the finish with noticeable licorice, ginger bread and fresh vanilla - in the background mint, cream and vanilla milkshake

Klassischer Springbank! Diese Abfüllung aus 2018 ist seit Jahren einer der besten. Ausschließlich nur in ex-Bourbon Fässern gereift, dieser ist ein Paradebeispiel dessen, was Springbank mit dieser Art der Lagerung alles herzaubern kann. Ein Muss für Fans dieser Destillerie!
