The third and final bottling from the Vintner's Trilogy by Bowmore.
This single malt whisky first matured for 13 years in former Bourbon Barrels, then matured for another 14 years in former Port Pipes.
Bottled in barrel strength with an alcohol content of 48.3% vol.
Nose: an elegant mix of sweet and spicy aromas, sea salt and peat smoke - heather and rosemary in the background
Taste: full flavor with a slightly salty sweetness of sugared plums and caramel - behind it tobacco leaves and cranberries
Finish: long on the finish - again the fruits and the tobacco - above all an elegant spiciness
