Nose: a lot of sherry and a lot of fruit, some honey and a hint of caramel - in the background barley malt
Taste: again the fruits, with fresh pastries and spicy notes - a little toffee and a hint of smoke
Finish: long finish, fruity and spicy with a hint of oak
Glenfarlcas 12 year old 43%vol. 0,2l
Nose: pleasantly soft aromas of honey and soft sherry, with nutty notes, lots of oak and some smoke
Taste: elegantly balanced notes of dates and nuts, again the sherry - followed by ripe apples, toffee and a hint of smoke
Finish: long and spicy finish with hints of cloves, cinnamon and allspice, followed by orange and sherry
Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength 60%vol. 0,2l
Nose: a lot of sherry - clearly honey, buttered toast and nutty aromas - in the background roasted coffee
Taste: soft and creamy with spicy and peppery notes - again the nuts, fruity notes of sherry
Finish: long finish - nuttily spicy
It is worth adding still water here.
