Signatory selected two casks from Speyside in Scotland - more precisely, from the Glentauchers distillery - for this bottling in the Cask Strength Collection.
Distilled on July 23, 1997, this single malt whisky matured for over 22 years in two former bourbon Barrels, then independent bottler Signatory married the casks together and filled them on December 11, 2019 to just 380 cask strength bottles with an ABV of 49.1%. off.

Nose: clearly the scent of espresso and fresh cigars - then aromas of soft vanilla and herbs follow
Taste: fresh butter cake and chocolate biscuits, paired with ripe bananas
Finish: harmonious and balanced with spicy notes of freshly sawn oak, honeydew melon and caramel
