This blended malt combines Casks from the islands of Arran, Islay, Jura and Orkney - a truly maritime whiskey.
The powerful alcohol content of 56.1% vol. intensifies the aromas and flavors of sea air and saltiness - with a hint of peat and a pleasant honey sweetness.
Nose: fresh, salty sea air of a stormy ocean, with phenols, some iodine, pepper and a sweet touch of honey
Taste: you can taste the sea - to phenols and iodine joins notes of peat smoke and coal dust - some citrus and again the elegant honey note
Finish: long and powerful on the finish
