Sipsmith celebrates the juniper berry!
Juniper berries are the centerpiece of every London Dry Gin - and in this Gin, full attention is focused on this botanical!
So VJOP stands for "Very Junipery Over Proof" - significantly more share of juniper berries compared to the London Dry Gin of Sipsmith found their way into this gin - and if that is not enough, the alcohol content was 57.7% vol. lifted - so unfolds the full aroma and the taste of fresh, peppery berries.

Nose: fresh juniper berries and freshly beaten softwood - over all slightly fruity aromas of ripe oranges and lemons
Taste: over and full of juniper berries - fresh and peppery, with slightly spicy hints, especially nutmeg and cloves
Finish: dry on the finish - the juniper berries are present!
