Matured exclusively in exSherry casks, a small number of barrels were selected and married together for this bottling.
Aroma: vanilla and red berries, nuts and winter spices - especially cardamom and anise
Taste: at the beginning clearly sherry, then dried fruits and a warming spiciness - with some water fresh lemon peel and ripe apricots
Finish: a long finish - complex and malty with notes of freshly baked fruit cake, with orange peel
