Eleven years matured the two barrels # 320 and # 328 in the small highland distillery Edradour.
A former Oloroso sherry keg and a former Bordeaux wine keg - the two kegs were married and bottled on 15 March 2018 at 530 bottles.
Aroma: sweet berries - especially wild strawberries and raspberries, with brown cane sugar and slightly spicy aromas
Taste: soft and full-bodied in the taste - again the fruits, followed by notes of creamy whipped cream and mild chocolate, dried fruit and wild flower honey
Finish: long finish - again the chocolate and berries
