Only six botanicals (three fruits and three herbs) are enough for this delicate London Dry Gin.
Juniper berries and lavender for the typical gin note, orange and lemon peel are responsible for the fruity freshness and angelica root for the dryness of the gin. Coriander and cardamom add an elegantly spicy and peppery note.
