Product information "Glenfarclas 1990/2018 Cask Strength oloroso sherry casks 54.7% vol. 0,7l"
Glenfarclas distilled this single malt whiskey in 1990 and aged it in 13 selected, former Oloroso sherry barrels over 28 years, then the barrels were married together and bottled in 2018 in barrel strength to 3,000 bottles.

Aroma: clearly sherry and a pleasant fruit acid, with soft aromas of marzipan and almonds
Taste: again the sherry, followed by ripe, red fruits - dates and figs - above all a pleasant sweetness of cane sugar and molasses - in the background dark chocolate and slightly spicy notes
Finish: a wonderfully long and fruity finish with an elegant spiciness - the sherry is present again
