Aroma: freshly cut pineapple and soft fudge, with aromas of lemon peel and heather honey
Taste: soft and creamy in the taste, again the fudge and the pineapple - then followed by notes of brown cane sugar and spicy ginger root
Finish: long, spicy finish - now more pronounced ginger and again the heather honey - over all slight hints of oak

Top Bourbonfass, herrliche leicht bittersüße Vanille. Ein Gang über eine Sommerwiese. Geringe Gewürznoten mit einem bleibendem Abgang.

Wundervoller Single Malt aus einer kleinen aber unheimlich feinen Destillerie. Aber genauso selten wie ich mir das Vergnügen gönne diese Perle zu genießen, genauso selten ist sie auch zu haben. (Daher mein Tipp, wenn Sie an eine solche Flasche kommen - egal ob aus dem Jahre 2000/01/02.. - dann schlagen Sie zu). Zum Geschmack gibt es natürlich auch einiges zu sagen. Das meiste überlasse ich aber Ihnen herauszufinden. So viel sei aber gesagt, dass der Whiskey eher mittel bis mittel-kräftig von seiner Rauchstärke her und vor allem im Nosing mit milden rauch- und süßlichen Aromen besticht.
