A 20-year old single malt whiskey from the Scottish Highland distillery Blair Athol - bottled was a single hogshead from independent bottler Wemyss.
Aroma: at the beginning soft and loose with gentle toffee flavors and cinnamon, followed by strong aromas of red berries and jam
Taste: Nutty notes of almonds, coconut and peanuts, paired with a dry saltiness - above all juicy red apples and pear chutney
